WHAT can be returned?
1. Items which are received in a damaged condition.
2. Incorrect items sent out by us.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We need to be notified within 24 hours after receiving the items. We can then work out the best way to get the items back to our warehouse.

HOW do customers return items?
Email us for a returns authorisation.We will provide you with a number to write on the box which will ensure fast handling for credit/swap at the warehouse end.

SHIPPING for returns?
We cover the freight on any damaged or incorrect items sent out.

CREDIT for returns?
We will swap out any damaged or incorrect items with new product. 

Instore return option?
This is available by prior arrangement so the warehouse can be notified and replacement stock picked.

Packing materials?
All items being returned must have all the original accessories and packaging still in place.
