WHERE IS YOUR ORDER BEING SENT FROM:
Your product will be dispatched from either our Brisbane or Melbourne warehouse depending on stock availability.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE:
Orders can take between 1 and 10 working days to be delivered to you. Items travelling to WA and NT can sometimes take longer to be delivered. Once your order is processed you will be provided with a link to your tracking number. We (Element Wholesale PTY Limited) are not liable for any delays, mistakes and or losses once the carrier takes possession of the goods. We try and use the best carriers available to us.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL:
Once your order is processed you will be sent an automated email which includes your tracking information. If you have any questions about the delivery of your item please ring the courier company directly. The dispatch notification you will be sent also includes the name of the courier.
IS FREIGHT INSURANCE INCLUDED?
No, we do not include insurance with any freight. If you wish to insure your freight please arrange so with your insurnace company. Element Wholesale PTY Limited is not liable for any losses or liable to provide any replacement items at our cost.
CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IF MY PARCEL GOES MISSING?
Unfortunately not, we do not offer replacement stock if anything happens to the freight while in transit.
WHAT IF I SELECTED THE INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Once an item has left our premises the delivery address cannot be changed very easily. We will try our best to assist however may request that you deal with the freight company directly.
CAN I SELECT TNT BUSINESS DELIVERY IF I HAVE A HOME BUSINESS?
Unfortunately not, residential delivery must be selected. We may on-charge any additional delivery fees.
We reserve the right to on-charge any re-delivery fees in the event that a re-delivery is required. Please make sure that there is always someone available at the nominated delivery address.
